Done in a “Gi” (uniform). BJJ is a self-defense martial and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds. BJJ approaches self-defense by emphasizing taking an opponent to the ground, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission.

Similar to BJJ but is a faster pace, has more wrestling and also many more leg locks. This class does not wear the Gi but wears shorts and a rashguard.

A kickboxing style from Thailand using punches, kicks, knees, elbows and clinch work. Heavily utilized in MMA, Muay Thai is known for its power, and ferocity.

Same as the adult program but from ages 5-13. Kids will be broken down in to age groups and learn BJJ at their pace.
